Making the decision to place a loved one in a senior living facility (memory or assisted) is one of the hardest choices a family has to face.   Having visited numerous places, we’ve seen the difference that a caring and involved leadership can have on the residence.  Beach Terrace, under the leadership of Eric Jensen, is a wonderful example of compassionate care flowing from the top through all of the staff.  My Mom has been there for over a year now and is doing extremely well.  The accommodations are lovely; bright, cheerful and always clean and secure.  Under the guidance of their Activities Director, Ariceli, the residents are kept active and engaged.  Their loving care helped make the decision to move my Mom here a very easy one.  And, definitely one we don’t regret.  But, their level of care extends beyond just the residents, they go above and beyond to assist families with the emotional struggles we face having a loved one in their care.  Regular visits along with monthly family events enable us to connect with other family members and form our own support network in addition to the staff.  Each and every day I’m thankful we found Beach Terrace Memory Care and their amazing team.
